Eric Banik
Director of Clinical Operations | PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN
Originally from Wisconsin, Eric settled in the Atlanta area competing graduate school and now brings more than nine years of orthopedic clinical experience to Lab Fit. Throughout his career, he has served as a staff physical therapist, Clinic Director, Regional Director, and Adjunct Professor, gaining a broad perspective on patient care and practice leadership. This diverse background equips Eric with a wide range of advanced techniques to help his patients achieve lasting results. He is passionate about promoting health and wellness, focusing on treating the whole person and guiding each individual toward a pain-free, active, and fulfilling lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Eric and his wife enjoy Peachtree City with their dog. He is an avid golfer and you’ll likely see him on the golf course during his free time.

Ashton Fannin
Director of Rehab | PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN
Raised in Fayetteville, Ashton brings over 8 years of orthopedic clinical experience – including 4 as clinic director – to every patient he treats. As an Eagle Scout with a heart of service, he’s deeply committed to helping his community stay active, healthy, and pain-free. He specializes in evidence-based rehab for a variety of orthopedic soft tissue and articular conditions (both non-op and postoperative) of the shoulder, knee, ankle, hip, cervical and lumbar spines. Ashton lives in PTC with his wife (also a PT!) and daughter.

Alex Stanford
Co-Founder and Strength Coach
Alex has over eight years of experience helping people of all ages and ability levels improve strength and function. He truly enjoys the personalized nature of resistance training and meets people where they are. After earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he gained Division I strength coach experience with both UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a functional movement specialist. Alex is a knowledgeable coach with a passion for making workouts safe and enjoyable. He has carefully created several programs that are backed by science and can meet any client’s level. Each session with Alex will leave you more enlightened and motivated.
Staci Hamilton
Head Strength Coach
Staci was born and raised in Hampton, GA. She has a BA in political science and business administration. In college Staci participated in track and weightlifting, with an emphasis on Olympic lifts. She earned her L-1 in 2016 and spent years coaching people of all ages, starting as young as 5! Over the years Staci has continued to add more education to pursue a more well-rounded approach to fitness, since then she has earned her NASM-CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer) certification. Staci has a special ability to meet anyone, regardless of age or ability level, where they are at on their health journey and help them flourish.
